IMPORTANT INSTRUCTION

Counseling will be held as per the Category Rank (UR/SC/ST and PH) only.
The candidates who were absent or rejected or not joined or resigned after joining the seats allotted in the 1^st round of Counseling will not be eligible to participate in the 2^nd Round of Counseling.
Counseling for the 2^nd Round for re-allocation for the candidates with Rank Nos. UR-1 to UR-2682, SC-1 to SC-620 and ST-1 to ST-160 will be held as they have appeared in 1^st round of counseling. If any of these candidates fails to appear for re-allocation at his/her turn, they will be marked absent.
Counseling for candidates from Rank Nos. UR-2683 to UR-3749 and SC-621 to SC-865 will be held as per the Reservation Roster.
Candidates for re-allocation must bring the (i) Undertaking mentioned at Appendix-VIII of Prospectus duly Signed, Stamped and forwarded by the Dean/Principal of the allotted colleges, (ii) admission slip, (iii) admission fee receipt (in-original) as a proof of admission to the earlier college alongwith a photocopy of Admit Card and Rank Letter duly attested by a Gazetted Officer.
Candidate from Rank Nos. UR-2683 to UR-3749 and SC-621 to SC-685 for PG Degree/Diploma (Medical) and wait listed candidates for MDS should bring the documents in original along with an attested copy of the documents (i) Admit Card, (ii) Rank Letter issued by AIIMS, (iii) MBBS/BDS Degree, (iv)Mark sheet of MBBS/BDS 1^st, IInd and IIIrd Professional exam, (v) Internship Completion certificate, (vi) Valid Permanent/Provisional Registration Certificate issued by MCI/State Medical Council (for MD/MS/PG Diploma) or Permanent Registration Certificate issued by DCI/State Dental Council for MDS (vii) High School/Higher Secondary Certificate in proof of date of birth, and (vii) SC/ST/PH/OBC certificate if applicable.

SPECIFIC INSTRUCTION FOR SC CANDIDATES

¨ SC candidates from Rank No. SC-621 onwards should report 3 counseling days in advance but not <
b>before 02.05.2009. The candidates who report in advance should make their own arrangement for stay in city of the Counseling till their counseling is over.

¨ SC candidates who have allotted a seat in the 1^st round of Counseling and interested to participate in the 2^nd Round of counseling need not report in advance. Their counseling will be held as per the above Schedule.
