What is so special about preparing for an Indian MCQ Medical PG Entrance Exam??

I AM A GENERAL SURGEON. I JOINED 10A1 IN FEB,2007. WHEN WILL I BE REGULARISED? IS IT THROUGH ANY SPECIAL EXAM? I WISH TO DO M.Ch.NEURO SURERY. AM I ELIGIBLE TO APPEAR FOR M.Ch. EXAM AS A SERVICE CANDIDATE IN THE ENTRANCE EXAMINATION FOR THE HIGHER SPECIALITY(DM/M.Ch) COURSES FOR THE YEAR 2009-2010 SHEDULED TO BE CONDUCTED ON 28.06.2009(SUNDAY) AT CHENNAI?

Since you may not have completed three years of service in 2009, you will be eligible only in 2010, subject to the condition you clear the special TNPSC mentioned in the above orders

hello sir, i got selected by 10a1 subsequently wrote spl tnpsc and results are yet to come in gazette and yet i have to enter it in my service book… am i considered a permanent candidate or temporary candidate..
1. what is my position if i get a postgraduation in nonservice side or in other university, can i resign the job?
2. wil i be relieved to do the pg?
3. what are the criterias, kindly suggest me any go regarding this?
bcoz i just saw a circular saying that accept resignation letters from 10 a 1 candidates who got pg? can i resign too since the results are not yet out in the government gazette

dear sir,
I am just appointed as assistant surgeon as 10 a 1 candidate feb 2012. kindly let me know about leave eligibility ,Regarding increments,pay scale,if possible G.O please. Can I add previous service in Public sector to the present state service for increments.For instance if am not selected in the special TNPSC in future , what will happen to my present post? will I be terminated? or should I appear for another TNPSC?One more doubt sir , if feel like leaving the job what shall I do?
Please clarify my doubts at the earliest sir

Dear Sir, I am appointed as Asst.Surgeon as 10(a)(i) candidate and my services has not yet been regularised after a lapse of two and half years. kindly let me know about conducting of the TNPSC special exam for the regularisation of my 10(a)(i)services near future if any? plese clarify.
