AIPG 2006 -Exam or Re Exam Stalemate ??!!!

Take Dr.X.

1. Will Dr.X. agree for the same result, when he has NO Rank at present … NO … He obviously will want a re exam

2. Will Dr.X. agree for a re exam when He has studied and got a rank … NO NO .. he want the same result…..

So in the end,

What is going to happen is that there is going to be a stalemate and all these seats are going to lapse to the state …..

When that happens, who is going to suffer…. The ones who HAVE got a rank now…. and those who do not want a re exam………..

Let us all hope that a solution is reached soon, BUT IF NOT, I am afraid that Re Exam is “better” for the present rank holders than NO Exam in that case, the seats have a good chance of lapsing to the states….
