is there a possibilty for somebody to change the speciality in the second round of counselling.i heared that one cant change.please somebody answer.
yes you cant change dr.ismail.you have to waitlist in 1st counselling.
u r eligible to waitlist in only one master degree or if u r alloted in a diploma then u can waitlist in only the same speciality masters or a non clinical masters.no change of course even if u have a confirmed master degree or diploma..only change of college is permitted.
