DEAR DOCTORS,ITS A VERY SORRY STATE FOR DOCTORS TODAY.WE ARE ALL SPENDING MORE THAN TWO YEARS FOR OUR LIFE FOR PREPARING PG.BUT WE LL MISS OUR PG SEATS IN .08,.48,MARKS IS THIS JUSTICE.HOW A DOCTOR WITH A MERE LUCK SCORING .08 HIGHER WOULD GET PG THE OTHER WONT.NO ONE BOTHER TO INCRESE PG SEATS FOR A TOTAL 10,000 DOCTORS ONLY 400+ SEATS IN THT ONLY 200 GOOD SEATS R THERE.EVERY ONE WANTS TO STUDY PG BUT THERE IS NO PG SEATS.EVERY YEARS NEW MEDICAL COLLEGE CAME THERE IS LOT OF INCRESE IN UG SEATS BUT VERY FEW INCRESE IN PG SEATS.IN GOVT SERVICE ALSO THERE R 2713 DOCTORS THERE FOR 200 SEATS.WHOS GOING TO SAVE THE YOUNG BUDDING DOCTORS??
v r our own saviours… keep preparing well for pg exams.. but until then never underestimate urself.all said and done u r a doc. provided u have dedicatedly done ur course and internship, u r still a life’s saviour. pg just helps u in earning quick, and a feather on ur cap.
dont wait for things to change for u. the change has to come form within to be successfull, may be ur preparation style, the hrs, etc.

we need govt to increase pg seats so that lt will be useful for creating good doctors in india…hardworking students fail to get a pg degree and students who r rich get a degree from private college and thence the profession gets spoiled.need help from govt
For GP mbbs or specialist practice diploma is enough.But for govt service we need a master degree not for appointment but to escape from illtreatment from our own doctors who have done masters.Most of us want to do masters only for that.diploma and masters have same syllabus. Only one year more .so don’t underestimate mbbs or diploma candidates.they may be more efficient with lack of opportunity to do masters.
I have been arguing for the past 12 years to take away this diploma and give masters in 2 years itself
