The Medical Officers, those who are appointed under rule 10(a) (i) in PHCs / Government Hospitals/ESI Dispensaries/Government Hospitals attached to Medical Colleges and have not passed / appeared for the Special Qualifying Examination conducted by the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission till date are requested to ensure that their particulars are furnished by the concerned officers to this Directorate before 30.04.2012. If any further information is required the Medical Officers may contact to E5 section, Office of the Director of Public Health and preventive Medicine, through Telephone or in person.

Sorry sir, I am not a doctor. But our Ex-Chief minister M.K has issued a statement that 3.5% is not followed in this recruitment. I am a social worker. Kindly advise, is the list of 1349 doctors selected or just attended counseling? Why there are no Muslims in the list.?

Dear Sir, My daughter is now working in Villupuram District. Last week I met the Health Joint Secretary Mr. Karunamurthy for my daughter”s transfer or Special TNPSC test for 10a(i) doctors nearly 5000 nos. The Joint Secretary told me that there is no action is now being taken for the TNPSC SPECIAL TEST for the 10a(i) doctors, since there is NO representations were received neither from the doctors nor from the associations. He also added that the TNPSC special test will only be conducted if they raises their voices by representing their demands to their Director and Government. Until there will be no action to taken for conducting the SPECIAL TNPSC TEST FOR THE temporary doctors. kINDLY INFORM ME WHERE I GO TO TAKE UP THIS MATTER. Please give the addresses of Associations or Leader of the doctors for conducting in this regard.
