Sub: Tamil Nadu Medical Services – Counselling for the
Service Post Graduate Degree MDS Candidates who
are completing their course in 2012 – Certain
Instructions issued and Schedule communicated –
Regarding.
Ref: This office Circular No. 635/E3/1/2012 dated
12.03.2012.

It is proposed to conduct counseling for Service Post Graduates MDS
Candidates who are completing their Degree course during April 2012 on
27.03.2012 at 10.00 AM at the Office of the Directorate of Medical Education,
Chennai. The Principal, Tamil Nadu Government Dental College Hospital,
Chennai is directed to communicate the above schedule to all the Service Post
Graduates who are completing their course in April 2012 without fail.
1.All the Service Post Graduates should bring the Complete
Service particulars along with CML 2005 and 2010 on the day of
counselling.
2.It is informed that furnishing wrong information in the Service
Particulars will be viewed seriously and liable for action as per
Government rules.
3.The Principal, Tamil Nadu Government Dental College Hospital,
Chennai is requested to furnish the following certificates duly
attested by the Principal / Administrative Officer with institution
round seal before 27.03.2012 at 10.00 AM positively.
1. BDS Degree Certificate
2. TN. Dental Council Registration Certificate (BDS)
