II PHASE – TENTATIVE COUNSELLING SCHEDULE FOR REALLOTMENT/ALLOTMENT IN GOVT./SELF FINANCING MEDICAL & DENTAL COLLEGES FOR 2012-2013 SESSION

VENUE : Auditorium, Kilpauk Medical College Campus,  Kilpauk, Chennai – 10.

1. Candidates are informed to go through the Counselling Schedule. They should be present one hour prior to commencement of counseling.
2. Details regarding number of vacancies/communitywise/collegewise in Government Medical/Dental and SF Medical/Dental will be displayed on website on 16.9.2012 (www.tnhealth.org/www.tn.gov.in).
3. No individual intimation will be sent for Reallotment/Allotment in Government Medical/Dental and SF Medical/Dental Colleges.
4. Candidates with marks revised in RV/RT can attend the Counselling (Refer Schedule on 16.9.2012)
5. Candidates selected under Special Category (Children of Ex-Servicemen, Eminent Sportsperson, Physically challenged) are not eligible for reallotment at any stage of Counselling.
6. Allotment/Reallotment is subject to the availability of seats since more number of candidates will be attending than the actual number of vacancies. Candidates are informed to view the vacancy position in the website on 16.9.2012.
7. Those candidates who were absent/not joined/discontinued (during previous allotment) will not be permitted to claim the same category seats in Govt. Medical/Dental and SF Medical/Dental Colleges.
8. Those candidates who had opted for SF Medical Colleges when seats in Government Medical College were available will not be allowed for allotment to Government Medical Colleges.
9. Candidates who have not opted to be waitlisted for Govt. MBBS/SF MBBS/Govt. BDS/SF BDS as per previous Counselling held will not be permitted to attend the Counselling.
10. Reallotment will be made as per merit and rule of reservation. Candidates shall choose College at his/her turn only and later stage vacancy cannot be claimed. 
11. Candidates who obtained Reallotment will not be permitted to reclaim the previous status/College after his/her turn is over. 
12. Candidates attending the Counselling should produce the Demand Draft of Rs.500/-as processing fee drawn in favour of “Secretary, Selection Committee, Chennai -10” along with Demand Draft prescribed for the category of seats as specified below:
