if they have put 10a1 list instead of the open special recruitment ad(on 1st jan)..no confusion would have occured…now they simply snubbed those who are willing and applied( that clause about those with priority can attend is an hoodwink strategy)…what made them to have an open ad is becoz many are unwilling and the vacancy remained in 100s even after 4 sessions of 10a1…then what is the meaning of that SPECIAL RECRUITMENT ad, no proper response from the authorities.

It is regarding our rights as a gazetted officers(Assistant Surgeon) in Govt hospital
Are we entitled to get a monthly pay slip from our office.
When i asked for my payslip in the office, the Office superintendent denied saying that there is no G.O for giving payslip and asked me to give a letter for obtaining a salary certificate,This clearly shows their laziness and irresponsibility.
As far as any employer is concerned it is their duty to issue payslips.
If possible can you state me any GO regarding payslip.
I think its high time that we teach a lesson to these irritating irresponsible office staff in Govt hospitals and PHCs. i feel that most of our colleagues could have experienced the same with their office staff

Dear Sir, My son has appointed under 10a(i) in last year February 2011 in a hilly area near Villupuram as per G.O.Ms.No.368 H&FW Dpartment dated 30.12.2010 thro paper advertisement. He doing his duty for the past over one year. I am a heart attack patient and two attacks already over. I am 63 years old man. I am not in a position to live with my doctor son because of my health condition. I lived in Salem District. When I approached the Directorate of medical services they have not giving any reply properly. Some one said in the premises of the directorate the transfer counselling will be made if AN AMENDMENT TO THE ABOVE G.O.by the Govt. I am counting my last days. Kindly inform me if the counselling for transfer may made or not to my doctor son and the parents of all other 600 doctors?
