There will be a counselling session on 08.10.2009 at 10.00 AM at the Selection Committee, Directorate of Medical Education, Chennai for allotment of newly sanctioned seats in the specialties noted below.

All Nonservice Candidates from G.Rank 1(mark-75.54) to G.Rank 150(mark-65.70) are informed to attend the Counselling on 08.10.2009 at 10 AM. at their turn. Individual Call Letters were despatched If any candidate wanted to retain their seat selected in the I-Phase of Counselling held on 22.07.2009 need not attend this Counselling. Further, Candidates are informed that candidates so selected / allotted on 08.10.2009 will be treated as admitted for September batch only and will be permitted to appear for The University Examination Only in September 2010 as per the communication sent by The TamilNadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai. As more No. of Candidates have been called for than the actual vacancy, mere attending the Counselling will not guarantee any seat. Selected Candidates should pay a Demand Draft for Rs. 5000/- as tuition fees and another D.D for Rs. 500/- as processing fee at the time of counselling for allotment to Government Colleges and also for re-allotment from Self-Financing to Government Colleges.
