REVISED II PHASE COUNSELLINGS SCHEDULE

NOTE:

1. 1)a)On 25-5-2007 counselling will be conducted only for newly sanctioned seats and for the consequential arising vacancies.
1. b)The candidates who were absent / not joined / discontinued in the I Phase of counselling shall also attend the counselling in the order of merit on 25-5-2007.
2. All the candidates who were called for reallotment on 21-5-2007 should also participate again on 26-5-2007 as per their merit.
3. Candidates who are willing to retain their seat allotted during the I Phase of counselling need not attend the II Phase of counselling. Others can attend the II Phase of counselling as per the above schedule for allotment as per the availability of seats according to merit and community reservation.
4. Candidates who receive allotment orders on 25-5-2007 and 26-5-2007 should join their allotted institution on or before 28-5-2007 and those who receive allotment orders on 30-5-2007 should report to their allotted institutions on 31-5-2007 respectively.
5. Candidates who receive allotment orders for MDS course on 28-5-2007 should join their allotted institution on the day itself.
6. If any vacant seats remain at the end of counselling on 30-5-2007, the seats will be allotted to Non-Service candidates from Rank 1 onwards upto Mark 25.00 and above on 31-5-2007 at 10.00 A.M.
